Don't forget training!

So many people have difficulty with the learning curve when they upgrade. Getting an hour to have a tech walk them through the changes, or showing them how to do certain tasks is a great option.

The CPOS team is awesome, the services are awesome and the tools are awesome. Everyone getting along and coordinating efforts is just proof to how dedicated we all are.
