I am interested in the Samsung soundbar HT-BD8200 but I was wondering if you could actually connect all your components to this device, including TV audio (from the Rogers box), PS3 and Wii?

The HT-BD8200 has only two audio inputs:
- an optical digital audio input
- an analog stereo input
Therefore, you can connect only two components to the HT-BD8200 at the same time. I recommend you connect the optical digital input to the optical digital output of your Rogers box. Use the analog stereo input for your PS3 and Wii (you will need to switch connections manually).
