From what I have been noticing since after the holidays when Ian will no longer be the buyer and has moved on to a new dept.  It seems like the new person who has taken over is not someone who will keep this little community updated how Ian did in the past

I'm sure by now the new person would've at least introduce themselves to us.

Similar sentiments here. Part of the job, i would imagine, is communicating with your customers and the lack of an introduction or communication seems a rather poor move in terms of customer service. A simple "Hi... i am _____ and i will be Ian's replacement " is better than this silence. Don't worry, we don't bite.....unless you are giving us a DVD SB for "This is it"

Hopefully we get some introduction soon, or some information on upcoming SteelBooks There's been a lot of European SteelBooks coming out / being announced so hopefully us overe here in Canada will get some nice announcements

What? Ian moving on, replacement, Noooooooo!

Well as long as the new person is cool and at least introduces them self soon and continues the Steelbook program.

I hope they continue to update us like Ian used to.

It seems you peeps have missed Ian's replacement "Brana" did an intro post in January as Ian's replacement.  S/He has been doing pretty good at keeping us up to date on what's coming etc.

Other than the post before yours, all the posts in the thread took place before Brana introduced his/herself
