I Bought four games recently (1 single purchase, and a bundle of 3) I took the wrapping off of the single and one of the 3, but did not play or open them, is it possible to get a refund or store credit?

Games, Movies, Music, and Software can only returned if they are still sealed in their plastic.  Bundles also must be returned as the whole bundle.  So it sounds like you probably won't be able to.  The only way to be sure though is to take them in to the store and see what they say.
