UPDATE (September 18th, 2009):
The Future Shop website has eliminated the Most Wanted section that this thread has been based on for the past couple months. Without any new numbers from week to week I'll be shutting it down for the time being. Be sure to check this page for more information regarding the program (ie. the current Offer of the Week, FAQ, etc.).

On this page you'll find information regarding any used game promotions that Future Shop is currently offering, as well as a top 20 list of their most wanted titles, and their trade-in values, for Wii/PS3/Xbox 360, and a top 10 for the DS.

Offer of the Week:

--
For the week running September 4 - September 10 the top trade-in values are as follows:
NOTE: Future Shop's site lists inFamous' trade-in value at $15, which I believe is an error so I have put an approximate figure, but be sure to check with your nearest location if you had planned on trading that one in.
Wii Top 20
PUNCH OUT $37
PS3 Top 20
UFC UNDISPUTED 2009 $40
Xbox Top 20
COD: WORLD AT WAR EN $40
DS Top 10
POKEMON PLATINUM $25

Thanks Cam! I'm going to try to keep this one updated on a weekly basis.
Just checked out that site you mentioned as well. Very handy to have around - though must be a pain to make any sort of attempt to keep them all up-to-date

Is there a trade in adjustment for games traded in without a manual?

You can learn more about the program here: http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/dept.asp?logon=&l
As for your question, I did a quick bit of research and could not find anything regarding the necessity of the manual when completing a trade-in. A staff member may be able to provide you with more information (ie. the manual is considered a part of the original case), but here's the official word on it from the program's description (the part you're most concerned with has been bolded for relevance):
Only games for the following consoles are valid for trade-in: PLAYSTATION 3, PlayStation Portable, PlayStation 2, Xbox 360, Nintendo DS and Wii. Some games (to be determined at the Trade-in Station) will not be valid for trade-in value. PC games are not accepted.
You can trade in a maximum of three (3) of the same game per day per person. Games must be playable and included with the original case. ID must be presented where required by law.
The value of titles will be determined by the Trade-in Station at the time of trade-in.
Used games cannot be traded in at futureshop.ca. The gift card received for trading in games is valid at futureshop.ca.
