There is no mail program of any sort in Windows 7: http://news.cnet.com/8301-13860_3-10048142-56.html
I recommend downloading Windows Live Hotmail: http://download.live.com/wlmail It is superior to Windows Mail (the one in Vista) and Outlook Express.

Personally, I congratulate Microsoft of *not* including any sort of mail programs in Windows. I have moved exclusively to web-based mail services (eg. Hotmail or Yahoo Mail) and have no use for any standalone mail software.
